Dibawah naungan PT MEGA MEDIA INDONESIA, Orange TV dengan slogannya “JAGOANNYA HIBURAN BERMUTU”, mulai beroperasi pada bulan Maret 2012.

Orange TV tersedia dalam dua produk yang berbeda yaitu KU Band dan C Band, yang mana keduanya memiliki keunggulan pada masing – masing produknya sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.

Selain itu Orange TV juga mempunyai produk OTT (over the top).Layanan tayangan melalui streaming yang diberi label “GENFLIX” yang bisa diakses di www.genflix.co.id. Selain bisa dinikmati melalui komputer, Genflix juga bisa disaksikan lewat aplikasi ponsel pintar berbasis Android atau iOS. Pada tahun 2014, Genflix berhasil meraih penghargaan dari MURI (Museum Rekor Indonesia) sebagai Aplikasi Pertama Siaran Liga Sepakbola Dunia Berbayar, melalui Jaringan Pita Lebar.
